At Viora, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and shipping support.
Order Processing Times
Once your order has been placed, please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to you.
During busy periods, holidays, or high-demand sales, processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will do our best to keep you updated.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, local carrier handling, customs processing, holidays, or unexpected carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch. This is normal, as the carrier may need time to scan and update the package in their system.

Order Changes & Shipping Details
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has already been processed or handed over to the carrier.
Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may cause delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages.
Delayed Delivery
We understand that receiving your order on time is important. While we work hard to dispatch orders quickly, some delays are outside of our control.
Delays may happen because of:

Lost or Missing Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we have limited access to the carrier’s internal delivery information.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check:
- Around your mailbox or delivery area
- With neighbors or household members
- Your local delivery point
- Directly with the shipping carrier
